Refund policy

Because the Island Sun Collection operates on an exclusive, bespoke, made-to-order luxury allocation structure, all sales are completely final once physical casting begins at our Chicago foundry. Cancellations, modifications, or traditional buyer's remorse returns are not permitted.

Please inspect your fine art asset immediately upon arrival. In the highly unlikely event that your piece arrives defective, structurally damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, contact our executive team immediately at info@kickbass.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Authorized manufacturing exchanges or corrective services will be safely routed directly through our secure corporate processing hub. Approved logistical shipments must be delivered to our official legal registry location:

Items sent back to us without first requesting an official written engineering review and receiving an authorized return shipping label will not be accepted under any circumstances.
